Once Hazrat Ali (ra) was also cured and he became the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). They were eating dates with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). When they ate more than two or four dates, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) stopped them and said, “I have just gotten sick, so do not eat too many dates.” Gone was the diet of beetroot and barley.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Eat of them, it is more beneficial for you. Similarly, there are more or less 21 hadeeths which are related to the food of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Treatment that is contained in the diet.

What is that actually?

Barley seeds contain 59% starch in addition to a small amount of water, nitrogen compounds, gum, sugar and fat which helps in lowering the cholesterol in the blood and which does not allow the body to become fat. And smart.

In addition, barley contains copper, which relieves joint pain in older people. It also contains a metal element, such as selenium, which protects against cancer of the small intestine. It also contains phosphorus, which ATP (Adeno Triphosphate) provides energy. It is also the main element of fiber which moves rapidly in the intestines, with the help of which the blood stays fresh and transparent at all times and blood clots do not form.

One of the benefits of having fiber inside the body is that it plays an important role in reducing the excretion of bile acids from the body, which reduces the chances of stones in the leaves.

Different forms of barley diet

Medical science for barley flour bread, oatmeal, barley water and sutta, etc., says that there are 22 sources of soluble fiber, as well as 22 amino acids, 18 amino acids.
